Aspen & Snowmass received over two feet (60 cm) of snow this past weekend! It looks like February in town with so much snow covering everything. The mountains are only 9 days away from opening day. On the opening weekend the FIS Alpine Women’s World Cup race takes place on Aspen Mountain and it’s a great way to kick off the season. The resort is extremely lucky to have such an amazing event line-up every year and this year will be no different. Make sure to tell everyone that if they want the best terrain combined with the best events, snow, restaurants and nightlife, Aspen/Snowmass is the place!
