Depending on the complexity of your request, we expect you to have a accurate quote within 48 hours

How long is the quote valid?

The quote is vaild for 24 hours after it is send to you

You can send us an email or call us with your preferred form of payment

What forms of payment does Coda Travel accept?

Coda Travel accepts most credit cards, checks, Paypal and wire transfers.There can be a 3% processing fee on all credit card transactions

Once I pay, will I get a receipt?

We will send you a detailed confirmation with all charges and confirmation numbers.

What are the refund and cancellation policies?

We do have a standard policies that are set in conjunction with our hotel partners, but we will do our best to find alternative solutions, when possible.
