Keystone, CO - In celebration of spring, Keystone Resort serves up the Blues and BBQ Festival in the Colorado ski and snowboard resort's River Run village this Saturday with barbecue, free live music and kids' entertainment.
At 1 p.m., guests can jam to the blues music of Todd Tijerina followed by a performance from the Blooz Dogz in the River Run events plaza. Barbecue favorites will be provided by Summit County and River Run restaurants including Big Country BBQ and Keystone’s own Labonte’s. Free kids’ activities and entertainment help make the Blues and BBQ Festival an event for the whole family.
As an added bonus, daylight savings time makes it possible for guests to take advantage of more daylight hours and enjoy more skiing time at Keystone Resort. Skiers and riders can make turns into the sunset and under the lights Wednesday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday until 6 p.m. Keystone will also offer expanded terrain during twilight skiing hours, giving skiers and riders more trails to enjoy.
